Description
The QUICK S100-T4 Inline Soldering Robot features a flexible combination capability, allowing integration with other inline robots such as dispensing, screwing, AOI, and selective soldering. Its modularized design ensures easy maintenance, while the screw servo module provides high precision, speed, and a large payload capacity. The robot includes a superior temperature control system that allows for rapid temperature rise and excellent thermal recovery, enhancing soldering efficiency. An optional fixture reflow line can work with front and rear lifts, and the robot is capable of connecting to the client’s MES to monitor temperature data and solder amount. Additionally, the conveyor design is adjustable within a range of 50-400mm, enabling switchable workflow directions.
