The QUICK S100-P4 is a cutting-edge inline soldering robot tailored for high-precision soldering tasks within manufacturing environments. It features a versatile capability for integration with other inline robots to perform various functions such as dispensing, screwing, and selective soldering. Its modular design ensures easy maintenance, while the screw servo module provides exceptional precision, speed, and a substantial payload capacity.
The robot is equipped with an advanced temperature control system for rapid thermal recovery and heating, alongside a PC-based control system that incorporates vision-guided programming. An optional CCD system allows for visual corrections to prevent positioning errors and to monitor soldering status in real-time, thus increasing operational efficiency. Additionally, it includes an adjustable conveyor system (with a range of 50-400mm) and offers connectivity to the client’s MES for monitoring critical parameters, such as temperature and solder volume.
