The Online AOI VCTA Z1P is a high-speed 20MP industrial camera equipped with a high-resolution lens. It features user-friendly graphical programming for easy setup and operation. The inspection system includes a barcode reader to facilitate production statistics tracking and defect history monitoring. Built-in software provides real-time statistics viewing. This system monitors the production line in real-time, completing inspections only after the board has passed. All production line equipment can be centrally controlled via a central server, allowing for the collection of test data and production line information for better management. Additionally, it offers automatic recognition of the tested PCBs.
